Tata Motors is back in the spotlight with the launch of the Tata Altroz facelift 2025, and it’s turning heads for all the right reasons. One of the most popular premium hatchbacks in India just got a major update — from design tweaks to tech upgrades and new engine options, the new Altroz is ready to take on the competition. Whether you’re a car enthusiast or simply scouting for your next vehicle, here’s everything you need to know about the new Altroz.

What’s New in the Tata Altroz Facelift 2025?

The 2025 facelift brings a fresh appeal to the already stylish Altroz. Tata has subtly reworked the design without losing the car’s signature sporty stance.

• Front Fascia Upgrade: The grille is now sleeker, with a sharper bumper design and new LED DRLs that add more aggression to the face.

• Rear Tweaks: The tail-lights now come with a smoked effect, and the bumper sports a new diffuser-style insert for added flair.

• New Alloy Wheels: A redesigned set of alloys gives the Altroz a premium and dynamic look.

Interior & Features: A More Premium Cabin

Step inside the 2025 Altroz, and you’ll immediately notice the upgraded cabin experience. Tata has doubled down on comfort, tech, and connectivity.

• New 10.25-inch Touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto

• Fully Digital Instrument Cluster

• Voice-assisted sunroof (available in top variants)

• Wireless phone charging

• Enhanced upholstery with soft-touch dashboard inserts

Rear passengers will also enjoy better under-thigh support and improved rear AC vents, making it a more family-friendly car overall.

Engine Options: Same Power, Refined Performance

While there are no drastic changes under the hood, Tata has fine-tuned the existing engines for smoother delivery and better fuel efficiency.

• 1.2L Revotron Petrol (NA): 86 PS / 113 Nm

• 1.2L iTurbo Petrol: 110 PS / 140 Nm

• 1.5L Turbo Diesel: 90 PS / 200 Nm

The Altroz continues to offer both manual and DCA (dual-clutch automatic) options depending on the variant and engine.

Tata Altroz Facelift 2025 Price in India

The updated Altroz comes with a slight premium over the outgoing model — but given the host of upgrades, it’s well worth it.

• Starting Price: ₹6.99 lakh (ex-showroom)
• Top-end variant: ₹10.99 lakh (ex-showroom)

It competes directly with the Hyundai i20, Maruti Baleno, and Toyota Glanza — and now has a much stronger case.
